Before moving into hyperrealistic and sculptural work, I specialised in luxury wedding and celebration cakes with a focus on hand-painted finishes, pressed flowers, and refined detailing.

While this is no longer the main focus of my work, I continue to take on a small number of bespoke commissions where the style and approach align.
They are too beautiful to not make at all!

The skills developed here remain at the core of everything I make particularly in achieving clean finishes, balanced contemporary design and attention to detail.
