Frequently Asked Cake Questions 

I am currently only taking on one custom cake a week so availability is limited. I want to be able to give each order my 100% attention so give me as much notice as possible.

Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for smaller celebration orders, a month for larger orders or be my fave kind of customers and book upto 12 months ahead!

Delivery is available locally around Bournemouth, Poole & Wimborne however delivery further afield is also possible. 

Delivery is charged at 75p a mile outside of the 5 mile radius plus £15 per hour in travel time.

i.e A 12 mile round trip from BH11 taking 30 mins each way would be £24.

Collection is free from BH11.

Any extra information like inspiration pictures, flavour preferences, what the cake is for i.e a birthday is welcome.

I ask for a £50 non refundable deposit on orders over £100 and a £100 deposit on orders over £550.

For orders placed within 2 weeks of delivery the full balance will be due. 

The final balance is due 14 days before on orders under £500 and 4 weeks for orders over £500.

At the moment I can only cater for intolerances. I work predominantly with dairy, egg and wheat products as well as nuts and seeds.

I can make any cake with gluten free flour and I can make some of the cakes dairy free. 

If you would like to cater for celiacs or vegan guests alongside your main cake, I work with a baker friend who provides me with GF cupcakes so your GF guests don't go without and I can happily make some vegan cupcakes to match your theme.
