I have always believed that cake is more than just a dessert - It's art, craft, joy and storytelling.
After a decade in the wedding industry ( and a whole bunch of 5* reviews from my incredible couples) I am heading into the unchartered world of sculptural illusion cakes.
They are reigniting my creativity and this is just the beginning.

My Story
I have always had an artistic background, from an art based college diploma to a Modelmaking degree at university making props for tv and film.
My love of cake making happened fairly organically when I realised being a Modelmaker wasn't for me and started making cakes for friends and family.
Being a Modelmaker had its advantages. I am a massive perfectionist and have worked hard over the last 10 years to hone my craft and am always learning new techniques.
My wedding cakes in recent years have focused heavily on sustainability, painted showstoppers and texture.
So making things like bagels and burgers is going to to be a huge fusion of my past cake and degree knowledge!

Using incredible local Dorset businesses and high quality ingredients is super important to me and I always use them when I can!
We create some beautiful produce here in the UK and I will champion it whenever I can!
