After 10 years making luxury wedding cakes I am starting to explore the textures and techniques to create hyperrealistic food. My love of 3d and sculptural cakes started a long time ago however when I started my business nearly 15 years ago after I decided my Modelmaking career wasn't for me.

Imagine having a cake created where your guests have no idea its even there until it comes to the time you cut it! 

A cheese board, a box of chocolates, a pile of pumpkins or even a whole roast chicken. 

Hidden in plain sight and completely blending with its surroundings.
