After 10 years making luxury wedding cakes I have gone back to my Modelmaking roots and am delving back into the world of hyperrealistic illusion cakes.
Imagine having a cake created where your guests have no idea its even there until it comes to the time you cut it!

Hidden in plain sight and completely blending with its surroundings.

While my current focus is on hyperrealistic, artistic and sculptural cakes, I’ve spent over 10 years creating beautiful bespoke wedding and celebration cakes.
This collection includes a selection of those designs particularly hand-painted one of a kind pieces, pressed flowers and detailed finishes which continue to influence the cakes I make today.
