Sustainable baking
We are always keen to make sustainable switches. Here are a few delicious changes which not only affect The Diamond Bakers environmental impact, but make them blooming delicious .

Whenever possible we use seasonal fruit for fillings. Strawberries, raspberries and blueberries are all from British farms. The blackberries are foraged by the Diamond team. Our favourite jam is Dorset with love jams.

We use delicious organic white chocolate in our cakes! Both the chocolate and the cocoa are Fairtrade.

We use plant based cream for our ganache to lower the amount of dairy being used. The milk in the recipes is organic.
Postal box sustainable packaging

. The boxes are fully recyclable and made from partially recycled materials from The Tiny Box co
. The labels are recyclable
. The cakes are made with British ingredients and seasonal fruit.
. The plastic surrounding our cakes is compostable as is the tape securing it.
