All cakes are made using fresh, high quality British ingredients (apart from using my Belgian Callebaut Chocolate) and filled with seasonal fruit and homemade fillings. I have worked/am forever improving on minimising my environmental impact and designing and making my cakes as sustainably as possible.

Fresh, seasonal, dried, painted or made flowers are my favourite type of cakes to make as well as simplistic, beautiful and contemporary designs.
